Russian NGOs demand explanation from Putin

MOSCOW (AP) - The Russian non-governmental organizations on Thursday urged Russian President Vladimir Putin shows which received about $ 1 billion of foreign donors, a claim that has used to justify sweeping raids hundreds of groups.
